6th Annual Woodstock Music Festival
Woodstock, Alabama is gearing up for the much-anticipated 6th Annual Woodstock Music Festival, an event that promises a day of sensational music, community support, and good vibes. This family-friendly festival, hosted by the Town of Woodstock, will take place on Saturday, May 27, 2023, at the renowned Holiday Raceway.
Headlining this year’s festival is none other than country superstar Craig Morgan, who is set to deliver an unforgettable performance. Joining him in the line-up are Tab and the Mojo, Taylor Bagi and The Dead Poet Spencer Wilson. Spencer is coming from the United Kingdom to perform.
The Woodstock Music Festival is not just about entertainment; it’s also a platform to make a positive impact. The festival aims to raise funds for the Woodstock Alabama Little League Ballpark and contribute to the preservation and restoration of the historic Ray-Strickland Cemetery. In addition, the event supports the mission of the Alabama Suicide Prevention and Resources Coalition (ASPARC) through the sale of festival t-shirts.

Woodstock, known worldwide following the release of the widely downloaded S-Town Podcast, sees this festival as an opportunity to come together and create something meaningful. As Mayor Jeff Dodson expressed, “Have fun, Do good.” Over the years, the festival has successfully supported various causes, including the Woodstock Senior Center Homebound Meals program, the Woodstock Community Library, Suicide Prevention in Alabama, and the Woodstock Little League Program.
Admission to this incredible event is only $20 per vehicle. Please note that coolers and pets are not permitted. Rest assured, a variety of unique and delectable vendors will be on-site, ensuring you have a truly memorable experience. Don’t forget to bring your lawn chair and embrace the festival’s laid-back atmosphere.

ABOUT CRAIG MORGAN
A multi-faceted entertainer, Craig Morgan has made a name for himself as a country music icon, TV personality, celebrated outdoorsman and patriotic Army veteran. Spencer Wilson is a singer songwriter based out of Huddersfield, England. Playing original acoustic tracks, his songs range from indie pop-rock, to the folk, country and Americana genres. His musical influences include Bob Dylan, Neil Young and Johnny Cash, along with artists such as Nick Cave and Noel Gallagher. His song lyrics are influenced just as much by European and American literature.
Known as The Dead Poet, Spencer’s songs are often stories with the themes of love and hurt, nostalgia, hope and reflections running throughout. The Dead Poet is a concept of the song-writing voice within, feeding lyrics from mind to pen and paper.
