This year’s Woodstock Music Festival promises an electrifying lineup that pays homage to the roots of country music. Headlining the stage is the highly anticipated Roots and Boots Tour featuring legendary artists Aaron Tippin, Collin Raye, and Sammy Kershaw. Renowned for their timeless hits and unforgettable performances, these icons will deliver a night of pure musical magic, showcasing the very essence of country music’s heritage. Prepare to be transported through decades of beloved classics as these three trailblazers take center stage, ensuring an unforgettable experience for all festival-goers.We’re also thrilled to welcome locals April Rice and Bryan Parks, Rounding out the bill are up and coming stars Garrett Payne of Mckinney, Texas and Jackson Chase of Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

Mayor Jeff Dodson would love to talk about the event and the great things happening here in Woodstock, the Gateway to the future for Bibb County. He’s appeared on many area morning shows and live interviews since the release of the S-Town podcast in 2017 and is readily available for interviews.
